1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sacred Minutes, a digital platform operated by Conlivate Tech.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sacred Minutes website, mobile applications (if any), subscriptions, reports, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By:

creating an account;
signing in using Google;
accessing the website;
starting the free trial;
purchasing a subscription; or
otherwise using the Services,

you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use Sacred Minutes.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Account means the registered user profile created to access Sacred Minutes.

Company, we, our, or us means Conlivate Tech.

Platform means the Sacred Minutes website and any related software or applications.

Services means all products, features, dashboards, reports, subscriptions, reminders, analytics, and tools provided through Sacred Minutes.

User, you, or your means any individual who accesses or uses the Services.

Subscription means a paid monthly or yearly plan that grants continued access to premium features after the free trial.

Trial Period means the complimentary 14-day evaluation period available to eligible new users without requiring payment information.

Sadhana Data means any devotional, spiritual, or habit-related information voluntarily entered by the user, including but not limited to chanting rounds, reading progress, sleep and wake-up times, services performed, book distribution activities, reflections, notes, and related data.

3. Eligibility

To use Sacred Minutes, you represent and warrant that:

you are at least 13 years of age;
you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
the information you provide is accurate and complete;
you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you are using Sacred Minutes on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe a user does not meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

provide accurate and current information;
keep your account information up to date;
maintain the security of your account;
promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

Sacred Minutes is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Sacred Minutes currently uses Google Sign-In as its authentication method.

By choosing to sign in using Google, you authorize Sacred Minutes to receive basic profile information necessary to create and maintain your account.

This typically includes:

your name;
email address;
Google account identifier; and
profile photograph (if available).

We do not receive, access, or store your Google password.

Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.

6. Description of the Services

Sacred Minutes is a subscription-based platform designed to support personal spiritual growth, mindfulness, and disciplined living.

The platform enables users to:

record daily Sadhana activities;
track chanting rounds;
monitor reading habits;
record devotional services;
maintain personal reflections;
monitor sleep and wake-up routines;
generate personalized reports;
visualize historical progress; and
review consistency through dashboards and insights.

The Services are intended solely as tools for personal organization and self-reflection.

They are not intended to replace guidance from qualified spiritual mentors, medical professionals, psychologists, or other licensed advisors.

7. Free Trial

New users are eligible for one complimentary 14-day free trial.

During the trial period:

no debit card or credit card is required;
no UPI payment is required;
users receive access to the features included in the trial;
users may evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.

The free trial is provided solely to help prospective users determine whether Sacred Minutes meets their needs.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of the free trial at any time.

Users are not obligated to purchase a subscription after the trial ends.

8. Subscription Plans

Following the expiration of the free trial, users may choose to purchase either:

a Monthly Subscription; or
a Yearly Subscription.

Subscription pricing, features, and availability are displayed on the Sacred Minutes website.

Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services during the applicable subscription period.

Subscriptions do not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property.

9. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

all payment information submitted is accurate;
you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
payment authorization may be required before access is granted;
Sacred Minutes may rely on payment confirmations received from Razorpay.

Sacred Minutes does not collect or store:

debit card numbers;
credit card numbers;
CVV numbers;
UPI PINs;
internet banking passwords.

All payment processing is handled by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards.

If Razorpay declines a payment, Sacred Minutes is not obligated to provide paid services until successful payment has been received.

10. Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, subscription prices are inclusive of applicable taxes required under Indian law.

Where legally required, applicable taxes such as GST may be added to your purchase and reflected during checkout.

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by their local jurisdiction outside India.

11. Automatic Renewal

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during the purchase process, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the selected billing cycle.

Where automatic renewal applies:

the renewal will occur using the payment method associated with your subscription;
you may cancel future renewals before the next billing date through your account settings or by contacting support;
cancellation of automatic renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.

If automatic renewal is not enabled for your subscription, access will expire automatically at the end of the purchased term unless you renew manually.

12. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Sacred Minutes offers every new user a complimentary 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card, debit card, UPI payment, or any other payment information.

The purpose of the free trial is to allow users to fully evaluate the platform before making a purchase decision.

By purchasing a subscription after the trial period, you acknowledge that:

you have had sufficient opportunity to evaluate the Services;
your purchase decision is voluntary; and
you understand and accept this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

No Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued for:

change of mind;
dissatisfaction after purchasing a subscription;
failure to use the Services;
accidental purchases;
unused subscription periods;
failure to cancel automatic renewal before the renewal date;
deletion of your account during an active subscription; or
termination of your account for violation of these Terms.

Cancellation

Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not affect access already paid for during the current subscription period.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

13. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Sacred Minutes responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for:

maintaining accurate account information;
keeping your Google account secure;
protecting your login credentials;
ensuring that information you submit is truthful;
complying with applicable laws;
respecting the intellectual property rights of others;
using the Services only for lawful purposes.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

14. Acceptable Use Policy

Sacred Minutes is intended to promote personal spiritual practice, mindfulness, discipline, and self-improvement.

You agree not to use the Services to:

violate any applicable law;
engage in fraudulent activity;
impersonate another person;
upload malicious software;
interfere with the operation of the platform;
attempt unauthorized access to any system;
scrape or copy platform data using automated tools;
reverse engineer or decompile the software except where permitted by law;
distribute spam;
transmit harmful or offensive material;
infringe intellectual property rights;
use the Services for commercial resale without our written permission.

You also agree not to use Sacred Minutes in any manner that may impair, disrupt, overload, or damage the platform or negatively affect other users.

15. User-Generated Content

Sacred Minutes allows you to voluntarily create and store content, including:

chanting records;
reading logs;
devotional services;
habit tracking;
personal reflections;
notes;
goals;
book distribution records;
sleep and wake-up information; and
other spiritual activities.

You retain ownership of the content you create.

However, by submitting content through Sacred Minutes, you grant Conlivate Tech a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

store your content;
process your content;
display your content within your account;
generate reports and analytics;
create charts and summaries;
perform technical operations necessary to provide the Services.

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating and improving Sacred Minutes.

We do not claim ownership of your personal devotional records.

16. User Content Standards

You represent and warrant that any content you upload:

belongs to you or you have permission to use it;
does not violate any law;
does not infringe intellectual property rights;
is not defamatory;
is not obscene;
is not fraudulent;
does not contain malicious software;
does not violate another person’s privacy.

You are solely responsible for all content submitted through your account.

17. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Sacred Minutes remain the exclusive property of Conlivate Tech.

This includes:

software;
source code;
algorithms;
databases;
website design;
graphics;
icons;
dashboards;
reports;
branding;
logos;
trademarks;
text;
user interface;
documentation;
artificial intelligence features;
future enhancements.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

18. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, Sacred Minutes grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services during your active subscription.

You may not:

sell the software;
sublicense the software;
copy significant portions of the platform;
modify the platform;
distribute the platform;
create derivative works based on the platform;
remove copyright notices;
use the platform to create a competing service.

19. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome ideas, comments, and suggestions that may improve Sacred Minutes.

If you voluntarily submit feedback, feature requests, ideas, or suggestions, you agree that:

we may use them without restriction;
we may incorporate them into future versions of the Services;
no compensation is owed to you;
no confidentiality obligation arises solely from your submission.

This enables us to continuously improve the platform for all users.

20. Privacy

Your use of Sacred Minutes is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

what personal information we collect;
how we use it;
how we protect it;
your privacy rights; and
our obligations under applicable privacy laws.

By using Sacred Minutes, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data handling, the Privacy Policy shall govern matters relating specifically to personal information.

21. Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from Sacred Minutes that are necessary for the operation of the Services.

These may include:

account verification emails;
password reset messages;
payment confirmations;
subscription reminders;
important security notices;
service updates;
legal notices;
changes to these Terms.

These communications are considered part of the Services and cannot generally be opted out of while your account remains active.

Marketing communications, if introduced in the future, will include an option to unsubscribe in accordance with applicable law.

22. Availability of the Services

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to all or part of the Services whenever necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or repair the platform.

Whenever reasonably practicable, we will attempt to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

Temporary interruptions shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

introduce new pricing;
improve user interfaces;
integrate new technologies; or
remove obsolete functionality.

We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing the core functionality of active subscriptions without appropriate notice.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.

24. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Insights

Sacred Minutes may use automated systems, algorithms, statistical analysis, or artificial intelligence to generate reports, recommendations, reminders, trends, and insights.

These outputs are generated solely from the information voluntarily provided by users.

Accordingly:

reports depend on the accuracy and completeness of user-provided information;
automated insights may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete interpretations;
users should exercise their own judgment when interpreting reports.

Sacred Minutes does not guarantee that any report, recommendation, reminder, or insight is complete, accurate, or suitable for every individual.

25. Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer

Sacred Minutes is a digital productivity and self-reflection platform.

The Services are intended to help users organize and review their personal spiritual practices.

The platform does not:

certify spiritual advancement;
determine devotional qualification;
assess religious standing;
replace guidance from qualified spiritual teachers;
substitute personal spiritual counselling;
provide medical advice;
provide psychological advice;
provide legal advice; or
guarantee any spiritual, emotional, financial, educational, or personal outcome.

Any reports, scores, statistics, reminders, achievements, or insights generated by Sacred Minutes are intended solely to support personal record-keeping and self-reflection.

Users remain solely responsible for:

their devotional practices;
their personal decisions;
interpretation of reports;
reliance placed upon generated insights.

26. Accuracy of User Data

Sacred Minutes relies entirely upon information voluntarily entered by users.

We do not independently verify:

chanting rounds;
reading duration;
devotional services;
wake-up time;
sleep schedules;
habit completion;
reflections;
book distribution records; or
any other information entered into the platform.

Users acknowledge that all reports generated by Sacred Minutes depend upon the accuracy of the information they choose to record.

Sacred Minutes shall not be responsible for inaccurate reports resulting from incorrect or incomplete user input.

27. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to your account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:

violated these Terms;
violated applicable laws;
provided false information;
attempted unauthorized access;
engaged in fraudulent activity;
abused the Services;
interfered with platform security;
uploaded malicious software;
infringed intellectual property rights;
used Sacred Minutes in a manner likely to harm other users or our business.

During suspension, access to certain or all features may be temporarily unavailable.

28. Termination

We may terminate your account if:

you materially breach these Terms;
fraudulent activity is detected;
payment obligations remain unpaid;
required by law;
continued access creates security risks;
you repeatedly violate our policies.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to any refund.

Sections of these Terms that are intended by their nature to survive termination—including intellectual property, limitation of liability, disclaimers, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution—will continue to apply after your account is closed.

29. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sacred Minutes is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:

uninterrupted availability;
error-free operation;
compatibility with every device;
accuracy of reports;
reliability of automated insights;
fitness for a particular purpose;
merchantability;
non-infringement; or
achievement of any spiritual or personal goals.

You acknowledge that use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conlivate Tech, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Sacred Minutes.

This includes, without limitation:

loss of profits;
loss of goodwill;
business interruption;
loss of data;
inaccurate reports;
missed reminders;
subscription interruptions;
software defects;
unauthorized access by third parties;
decisions made based on generated insights.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the subscription giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

31. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conlivate Tech, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to:

your use of the Services;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law;
your infringement of any third-party rights;
content you upload;
misuse of your account.

This obligation survives termination of your account.

32. Force Majeure

Conlivate Tech shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

natural disasters;
floods;
earthquakes;
pandemics;
epidemics;
war;
terrorism;
civil unrest;
strikes;
governmental actions;
internet outages;
cloud service failures;
cyberattacks;
power failures; or
failures of third-party infrastructure.

Our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such events, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

33. Beta Features

From time to time, Sacred Minutes may introduce experimental, preview, beta, or early access features (“Beta Features”).

Beta Features are provided to help us evaluate new functionality and improve the Services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Beta Features may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality;
Beta Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice;
Beta Features may not be subject to the same level of support, availability, or reliability as generally available features; and
your use of Beta Features is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

Feedback provided regarding Beta Features may be used by Conlivate Tech without restriction to improve the Services.

34. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Sacred Minutes may integrate with third-party services to provide certain functionality, including authentication, payment processing, hosting, analytics, communication, or other operational services.

Current integrations include, but are not limited to:

Google Sign-In
Razorpay

Future integrations may include additional providers as the platform evolves.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Conlivate Tech is not responsible for the availability, functionality, content, security, or practices of third-party services.

35. Open Source Software

Certain components used within Sacred Minutes may incorporate open source software licensed under applicable open source licenses.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licenses.

The use of such components remains subject to their respective license terms.

36. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Conlivate Tech may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with:

a merger;
acquisition;
corporate restructuring;
sale of assets; or
operation of the business.

These Terms shall be binding upon and benefit the permitted successors and assigns of the parties.

37. Waiver

Failure by Conlivate Tech to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Conlivate Tech.

38. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall, where possible, be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects its original intent while remaining legally enforceable.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our:

Privacy Policy;
Refund & Cancellation Policy; and
any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference,

constitute the entire agreement between you and Conlivate Tech regarding the use of Sacred Minutes.

They supersede all prior discussions, communications, understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the Services.

40. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

changes in applicable laws;
improvements to the Services;
introduction of new features;
changes in subscription plans;
security enhancements; or
business requirements.

When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the beginning of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may also notify users through email, in-app notifications, or notices on the website.

Your continued use of Sacred Minutes after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

41. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

42. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any concerns informally.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith discussions, the parties agree that the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legal rights.

44. Acceptance of the Agreement

By accessing or using Sacred Minutes, registering an account, participating in the free trial, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge that:

you understand them;
you agree to be legally bound by them; and
you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of Sacred Minutes immediately.

45. Electronic Acceptance

You agree that creating an account, clicking an “I Agree,” “Accept,” “Continue,” “Subscribe,” or similar button, or otherwise using the Services constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms.

Such electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.
