Thank you for choosing Sacred Minutes, a subscription-based platform designed to help users develop consistent spiritual practices through personalized Sadhana tracking and reports.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all users of Sacred Minutes.
By subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. Free Trial
Every eligible new user is provided with a 14-day free trial.
During the trial period:
- No credit card, debit card, UPI, or other payment method is required.
- You have access to evaluate the platform and determine whether it meets your needs.
- You are under no obligation to purchase a subscription after the trial ends.
The free trial is intended to allow users to make an informed purchasing decision before making any payment.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial program at its sole discretion.
2. Subscription Plans
After the free trial expires, users may choose to purchase one of the available subscription plans, which may include:
- Monthly Subscription
- Yearly Subscription
The applicable pricing is displayed on the Sacred Minutes website at the time of purchase.
3. No Refund Policy
Because Sacred Minutes provides a 14-day free trial without requiring payment information, all subscription purchases made after the trial are considered final.
Accordingly, all subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind.
- Failure to use the Services after purchase.
- Accidental purchase.
- Dissatisfaction after the free trial has ended.
- Unused subscription periods.
- Early cancellation of a subscription.
- Deletion of your account during an active subscription.
- Suspension or termination of your account due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to cancel an automatically renewing subscription before the renewal date (if automatic renewal is enabled).
4. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals (where automatic renewal applies), but it does not affect your access during the current paid subscription period.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle for which payment has already been received.
No refund will be issued for any remaining portion of the current subscription period.
5. Automatic Renewal
If your selected subscription includes automatic renewal:
- Your subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- The renewal will be processed using your selected payment method.
- You may cancel automatic renewal before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date does not create an entitlement to a refund unless required by applicable law.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully processed due to insufficient funds, payment failure, expired payment methods, or other payment-related issues:
- Your subscription may not be activated or renewed.
- Access to premium features may be suspended until successful payment is received.
- We may retry payment processing where supported by our payment provider.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error, please contact us promptly.
Where we verify that a duplicate charge occurred due to an error attributable to us or our payment provider, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a refund for the duplicate payment.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may occasionally arise.
Any request for a refund outside this Policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in this section obligates Conlivate Tech to provide a refund where one is not required by applicable law.
9. Payment Processing
Payments for Sacred Minutes subscriptions are securely processed through Razorpay.
Sacred Minutes does not store:
- Debit card numbers
- Credit card numbers
- CVV numbers
- UPI PINs
- Internet banking passwords
All payment information is handled securely by Razorpay in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in applicable laws
- Changes to our subscription offerings
- Operational improvements
- Business requirements
When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this document will be revised.
Continued use of Sacred Minutes after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
